Breast Augmentation
Apart from having a beautiful and charming face, the breast is another important part of the body which assists in creating self confidence and promoting personal image.
Therefore, surgery to augment the breasts, making them look full and attractive is another option to enhance personal image, and achieve a well proportioned figure. Such surgery is extremely safe, and poses no danger to the patient.
Artificial breasts
Artificial breasts - are considered medical products which have undergone continuous development in terms of materials and forms used. Today, the surface of the material is made from Grade A Silicone Medical - available in the form of smooth and rugged surfaces. These popular artificial breasts commonly contain saline solution or liquid silicone.
There are many shapes/forms of artificial breasts such as round, or pear shaped (like a water droplet) available in various sizes for selection depending on the desire and the original shape of the patient’s breasts.
Post Operative Care
1. After the surgery, it is recommended that the patient avoid salty food in order to reduce swelling
2. After the surgery, the patient should refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages, and from smoking
3. It is not recommended for the patient to drive during the first week
4. Avoid swimming or lifting heavy objects of more than 2 kilograms for a period of 2 months
5. 4 days after the surgery the stitches must be removed, and the breasts must be massaged as the body will create connective tissues around the artificial breast, and the breast may become taut. Therefore, to prevent the breast muscles from becoming hard and taut and the breasts to look beautiful and natural it is necessary to massage them twice a day, about half an hour each time. Continue to massage the breasts for two months after the surgery.
